Verify that your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached within 30 days of purchase; please note that final sale items cannot be returned.

Submit an Online Request

Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

Package and Post

Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location.

Quality Check and Credit

Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
